EarlyCrew is a platform where founders run time-boxed testing events (“launches”) and testers complete missions, answer questions and provide feedback. Features may change as we improve the product.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 to use EarlyCrew, and you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Don’t misuse EarlyCrew: no spam, harassment, scraping, attempts to break security, or posting unlawful or infringing content. Give honest, good-faith feedback. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You’re responsible for the product you submit for testing and for what you ask testers to do. Don’t direct testers to anything harmful, illegal, or that puts their data or devices at risk. You review and approve which testers join your launch.

Feedback you provide should be genuine and based on actually using the product. Low-effort or fraudulent participation may be declined or removed, and may affect your standing on the platform.

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting feedback, reviews and answers in a launch, you grant the founder of that launch and EarlyCrew a license to use them to run the launch, generate reports, and display results (for example on a public results page).

EarlyCrew is free while we’re in early access. Paid tester packs may be introduced later; any charges will be made clear before you buy. Tester rewards, when introduced, will be governed by additional terms.

EarlyCrew is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee any particular number of testers, quality of feedback, or outcome for your launch. Testing is provided by independent community members, not by us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarlyCrew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on feedback received through it.

You can stop using EarlyCrew at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
