Account information - your name, username, email, optional bio and avatar, and whether you use EarlyCrew as a founder or a tester.

Content you submit - launches, missions and questions you create, and the feedback, mission answers, ratings, reviews and messages you post during a launch.

Usage data - basic, privacy-respecting information about how you use the product so we can keep it working and improve it.

To operate EarlyCrew: run launches, match testers with products, deliver feedback to founders, and generate launch reports.

To keep the platform safe, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account and activity (such as join requests and feedback notifications).

We do not sell your personal information. Content you post in a launch (feedback, reviews, mission answers) is visible to that launch’s founder and, where relevant, to other participants.

We use trusted service providers to run EarlyCrew - including Supabase (database, authentication and storage) and OpenAI (to generate launch summary reports from aggregated feedback). They process data only to provide their service to us.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as your founder/tester view). We don’t use them for advertising.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, though no system is perfectly secure.

You can access, update or delete your profile from your account settings, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

EarlyCrew is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
